  1. Layer the bananas in the piecrust.
  2. Using a wire whisk, mix together the dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, and Diet 7Up in a mixing bowl.
  3. Blend in 1/4 cup Cool Whip Free and Spread mixture over the bananas.
  4. Combine the remaining 3/4 cup Cool Whip Free and spreadable fruit in a small mixing bowl.
  5. Stir in the red food coloring and almond extract, and then spread the topping mixture over the pie filling.
  6. Sprinkle the almonds over the top, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes before cutting into 8 pieces and serving!
