  1. Mix together the meat, bread crumbs, onion, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and ketchup in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Form 6 patties out of this mixture using a 1/3 cup measuring cup as your guide, and arrange these patties in a skillet sprayed with olive oil-flavored cooking spray.
  3. Brown patties for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Cut the mozzarella cheese slices in half and place 1 piece on each patty. Continue cooking until cheese melts.
  5. Place a lettuce leaf and tomato slice on each bun bottom and top it with a meat patty.
  6. Then place the top bun over the meat patty and serve!
