1 lb  large raw shrimp
0 1/4 cup  white wine
6 each  fresh green onions
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 lb  fresh medium mushrooms
6 oz  Pea Pods, snow, baby, frozen
2 tbsp  olive oil
8 oz  fettuccine
0 1/4 cup  chopped parsley
0 1/2 cup  Cheese, romano, fresh, grated
  1. Marinate the shrimp in the white wine for 30 minutes.
  2. Use a large skillet, and stir fry green onions, garlic, mushrooms, and snow peas in the olive oil over medium high heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. When vegetables are crisp and tender, add the shrimp and wine, and sauté until the shrimp are pink.
  4. Prepare fettuccine according to the directions of package, omitting any oil.
  5. Drain and add the fettuccine to the shrimp mixture, along with the parsley and Romano cheese. Toss gently. Serve immediately.
