0 1/2 cup  balsamic vinegar
0 1/4 cup  Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
0 1/4 cup  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  minced garlic
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
1 tsp  ground basil leaves
1 tsp  sugar
2 lb  Crab, blue, raw
  1. Use a large bowl, and combine the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, pepper, basil,and sugar.
  2. Add the crab fingers. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight, and lay them on leaf lettuce to serve.
