  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 2 quart oblong baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
  3. Spread the beans to cover the top of the chicken, and sprinkle with the onions. Pour the salsa evenly over the top.
  4. Cover with foil, and bake for 80 minutes, or until the chicken is done.
  5. Sprinkle with the cheese and green onion, if you desire. Serve.
