1 each  yellow onion
2 tbsp  margarine
14 1/2 floz  fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
0 1/2 cup  cold water
12 floz  evaporated skim milk
1 lb  dungeoness crab meat
3 each  fresh green onions
  1. Use a large pot, and sauté the onion in the margarine until it is tender. Add the broth and water.
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat, and add milk; stir well. Fold in the crabmeat.
  3. Garnish with green onion slices, and serve immediately.
