Ingredients Directions
  1. Stir the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until soft.
  2. Mix in dry pudding mix, dry gelatin, and Diet Mountain Dew with a wire whisk.
  3. Blend in Cool Whip Free and coconut extract.
  4. Then stir in chocolate chips and spread mixture into pie crust.
  5. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs and coconut over the top and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Cut into 8 equal pieces and serve!
