  1. Mix together the dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, water, and maple syrup in a medium sized saucepan.
  2. Then stir in the apples and cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens and starts to boil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove mixture from the heat, and mix in the walnuts.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crusts and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon of whipped topping.
