  1. Put 9 of the graham crackers in the bottom of a 9-by-9-inch cake pan.
  2. Mix together the dry pudding mixes and dry milk powder in a mixing bowl.
  3. Using a wire whisk, stir in the pumpkin, water, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Spread the mixture over the crackers.
  4. Refrigerate for 5 minutes, then spread with whipped topping.
  5. Crush the remaining 3 graham cracker squares and sprinkle them and the pecans over the top.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes before cutting into 8 servings.
