Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spread the peanut butter on the bread. Fold each piece in half and break into pieces.
  3. Using a wire whisk, combine the dry pudding mix, skim milk, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Then stir in the bread pieces and let sit for about 5 minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture into an 8-by-8-inch baking dish sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Divide into 6 servings and serve!
