Ingredients Directions
  1. Brush mushroom, bell pepper, onion, and cut sides of bun with dressing, set bun aside. Grill vegetables over medium - hot coals for 2 minutes.
  2. Flip the vegetables and brush with dressing. Grill for another 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove bell pepper and onion from the grill.
  3. Place bun halves cut sides down on the grill and turn the mushroom top side up, brushing with the leftover dressing and then covering with cheese . Grill mushroom and bun for 1 minute or until the cheese is melted and the bun is lightly toasted.
  4. Cut bell peppers in strips, place the mushroom on the bottom half of bun, and then top with the strips of pepper and slice of onion and cover the vegetables with top half of bun.
