4 each  Chicken, breast, grilled
4 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 each  black pepper
0 1/2 cup  fresh cilantro
0.33333 cup  Greens, elephant's ears, fresh
0 1/4 each  black pepper
2 tbsp  pine nuts
Directions
  1. Take a broiler pan or baking sheet and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Take 2 tablespoons of lime juice and brush it on the chicken and place the chicken on the prepared pan, sprinkle with a generous amount of pepper, and set aside.
  3. Take the remaining 2 tablespoons of lime juice and combine in a small bowl with cilantro, onions, jalapeƱo pepper and pine nuts if desired, stir ingredients together to combine, and set aside.
  4. Take the chicken and broil it for 8 to 10 minutes or until the center of the chicken is no longer pink placing it 1 to 2 inches from the heat, serve with the cilantro salsa, and garnish with lime slices if desired.
