4 each  whole loin lean pork chops
0 1/4 cup  fresh lime juice
2 tbsp  chili powder
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/2 tsp  hot pepper sauce
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 each  medium garlic cloves
  1. Trim fat from chops. Place chops in a plastic bag set in a shallow dish.
  2. For the marinade, in a small bowl stir together the lime juice, chili powder, olive oil, cumin, cinnamon, hot pepper sauce, salt, and garlic. Pour over chops and seal bag.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours, turning bag occasionally. Drain chops, discarding marinade.
  4. Preheat broiler.
  5. Place chops on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until done (160 degrees F) and juices run clear, turning once halfway through boiling.
