1 each  medium tomatoes
1 tsp  balsamic vinegar
1 pinch  black pepper
1 pinch  salt
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 each  Cucumber, fresh, medium
0 1/4 each  Onion, sweet, fresh
1 tbsp  olive oil
Directions
  1. In salad bowl, toss tomato, cucumber, onions, and parsley.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Toss and serve at room temperature or chilled.
