0.6667 cup  Ketchup
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp  honey
1 tsp  minced garlic
8 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
  1. Preheat broiler. In a small saucepan, mix the ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, honey, and garlic. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently, and then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat. Put the chicken on a foil-lined pan, and coat both sides with sauce.
  3. Broil 10 to 15 minutes; turn chicken and baste, then continue cooking 10 to 15 minutes longer, or until chicken is done.
