1 tbsp  Margarine, 80% fat
8 each  fresh mushrooms (med)
1 tbsp  chopped green bell peppers
0 1/2 cup  bread crumbs
2 each  Pimientos, canned, whole
0 1/2 cup  light mayonnaise
1 tsp  Mustard, deli
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  white pepper
1 lb  Crab, blue, steamed, flaked pieces
  1. In a small skillet, melt the margarine and sauté the mushrooms and bell pepper for 4 minutes.
  2. Remove the vegetables and place into a medium bowl.
  3. Turn the heat off under the skillet and mix the breadcrumbs with the margarine. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  4. In the bowl, add the pimiento, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and crabmeat.
  5. Divide the mixture into 6 separate ramekins. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly brown
