0 1/4 cup  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  dijon mustard
2 tbsp  honey
1 tsp  ground ginger
1 tsp  dried rosemary
2 lb  Chicken, broiler/fryer, thigh, with o skin, raw
0 1/2 cup  bread crumbs
  1. In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, mustard, honey, ginger, and rosemary. Place the chicken between sheets of waxed paper and pound to equal thickness.
  2. Pour 1/2 of the honey-mustard sauce over the chicken and cover in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  3. Set the oven to broil. Spread breadcrumbs over the top of the chicken and broil for 7-8 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan, heat the rest of the sauce and serve with the chicken.
