Ingredients Directions
  1. Rinse chicken and cut into small pieces and then place in a large pot.
  2. Add the vegetables and bouillon cube into the pot along with enough water to cover the chicken. Stir in ¼ tsp salt and pepper (optional). Bring to a boil, cook until done.
  3. Remove one cup of the broth and let cool.
  4. Place the remaining ¼ salt (optional) and flour into a mixing bowl. In the center of the bowl, pour the egg substitute and the set-aside chicken broth. Mix contents until soft dough has formed.
  5. Roll the dough until thinned out. Cut into strips and let stand for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove chicken from broth (do not discard). Debone the chicken; set aside.
  7. Bring the broth to a boil. Once boiling, drop the dough into the broth.
  8. Mix in chicken and continue to cook for 15 minutes or until done.
