0 1/4 cup  low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp  canola oil
1 tbsp  brown sugar
0 1/4 cup  hoisin sauce
1 1/2 lb  pork tenderloin
2 cup  cooked white rice
4 each  fresh green onions
  1. In a plastic bag, mix together the soy sauce, canola oil, brown sugar, and hoisin sauce. Marinate the pork inside the bag for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take the pork out of the plastic bag marinade and roast for 15 minutes.
  3. Let the pork cool off before serving. Can be served with 1/3 cup of rice and garnish with green onion.
