Ingredients Directions
  1. In a large soup pot, mix all ingredients except for the rice.
  2. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Simmer until the beef becomes tender. (Approximately 1 to 1 ½ hours). Add more water if needed.
  3. Serve over ½ cup of hot rice.
