6 each  Pork, chop, top loin, raw
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
1 each  medium onions
0 3/4 cup  Catsup
1 cup  cold water
2 tbsp  Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp  cider vinegar
2 tbsp  brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp  paprika
1 1/4 tsp  chili powder
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper (optional) and place in a baking pan with a cover.
  3. Spread the diced onions evenly over the pork chops. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the chops.
  4. Cover and bake for 1 ½ hours. Bake uncovered for the last 20 minutes.
