1 cup  picante sauce
0 1/4 cup  honey
0 1/2 tsp  ground ginger
1 1/2 lb  boneless skinless chicken breasts
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Use a medium bowl, and combine picante sauce, honey, and ginger.
  2. Toss the chicken strips with the picante sauce, honey, and ginger. Put in foil-lined shallow baking pan. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or wait until glazed and done.
  3. Turn and brush often with sauce during the last 30 minutes.
