13 1/4 oz  Dreamfields Elbows
1 cup  Sour Cream, light
0 1/2 cup  light mayonnaise
0 1/2 cup  chopped parsley
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped green onion
1 each  small cucumber, peeled
1 cup  fresh broccoli florets
0 1/4 cup  sliced carrots
  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
  2. Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine dressing with vegetables.
  4. Add pasta and toss gently with other ingredients until well coated.
  5. Refrigerate at least one hour prior to serving.
