0 1/2 kg  Dreamfields Penne Rigate
1 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped red onion
0 1/2 cup  fresh broccoli florets
0 1/2 cup  sliced carrots
0 1/2 cup  chopped yellow bell peppers
2 tbsp  fresh basil
1 each  fresh spinach, 10 oz. package
0 1/2 tsp  garlic salt
0.125 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
1 1/2 cup  marinara sauce
0 1/4 cup  grated parmesan cheese, low sodium
Directions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat and sauté onion, broccoli, carrots, bell pepper and basil until soft, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add spinach, garlic salt, hot pepper flakes and marinara sauce.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Prepare pasta according to package directions, drain well.
  5. Toss pasta with sauce mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
