1 tbsp  dijon mustard
0 1/2 tbsp  light honey
1 lb  salmon fillet
0 1/2 tsp  tarragon, leaves, ground
1 each  roma tomatoes
1 tbsp  capers, drained
0 1/4 cup  white wine
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the mustard and honey. Place the salmon steaks in a baking dish, and coat with the mustard mixture.
  3. Sprinkle with the tarragon, sliced tomato, and capers. Pour the wine in the dish, and bake for 18 to 25 minutes, or until it is done as desired.
