0 1/4 cup  orange juice
0 1/4 cup  low sodium soy sauce
3 tbsp  honey
1 tbsp  garlic cloves, chopped
1 each  bay leaves
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 tsp  dry mustard
0 1/2 tsp  ground ginger
0 1/2 tsp  onion powder
2 lb  pork tenderloin
  1. Use a shallow dish, and mix the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, bay leaf, pepper, mustard, ginger, and onion powder.
  2. Add the pork tenderloins. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Grill the pork over medium-hot coals for 20 to 25 minutes, or bake at 350 degrees F basting with the marinade mixture, for about 50 minutes, or until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F make sure to discard unused marinade.
