  1. Mix together the dry pudding mix, evaporated skim milk, water, and uncooked rice in an 8-cup glass measuring bowl using a wire whisk.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.
  3. Mix in the raisins and cinnamon, microwave on HIGH for another 2 minutes, and stir.
  4. Let set for 5 minutes, stir once more, and divide into 6 separate dessert dishes.
