  1. in medium mixing bowl, combine pudding mix, dry gelatin, and dry milk powder.
  2. Whisk in undrained pineapple and Mountain Dew.
  3. Add yogurt, whipped topping, and coconut extract. Toss lightly to blend.
  4. Add mandarin oranges.
  5. Divide pudding into 6 dessert dishes and sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon coconut over the top of each.
  6. Refrigerate at least 10 minutes before serving.
