Ingredients Directions
  1. Mix together the dry pudding mix and dry milk powder. Stir in the yogurt and pineapple using a wire whisk.
  2. Blend in the whipped topping, coconut extract, and rum extract, and mix in the banana.
  3. Divide pudding into 6 separate dessert dishes, sprinkle the flaked coconut on top of each, and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
