4 each  Pudding, chocolate, instant, serving
0.6667 cup  nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/2 cup  cold water
0 1/4 cup  cool whip
1 tsp  vanilla extract
0 1/4 cup  dry roasted unsalted peanuts
6 each  Crackers, graham, chocolate
Directions
  1. Mix together the dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, and water in mixing bowl using a wire whisk.
  2. Blend in the Cool Whip Free and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix in the peanuts and graham crackers. Divide pudding into 4 separate dessert dishes, and refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.
