3 tbsp  hot pepper sauce
0 1/2 tsp  paprika
0 1/4 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 lb  chicken tenders
0 1/2 cup  Salad Dressing, blue cheese
0 1/4 cup  sour cream
2 tbsp  Cheese, blue, crumbled
1 each  medium bell peppers
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine the hot sauce with paprika and ground red pepper and brush it on the surface of the chicken tenders.
  2. Place the chicken on a greased 11x7-inch baking dish, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Bake the chicken uncovered for 15 minutes, or until the center is no longer pink.
  4. In a small serving bowl, combine the blue cheese dressing, sour cream, and blue cheese.
  5. Garnish the dip if desired, then serve with chicken tenders and sliced bell peppers for dipping.
