Ingredients Directions
  1. In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese, lemon juice, and hot pepper sauce, mixing well.
  2. Sir in the crab meat, bell pepper and green onions. Cover the mixture and chill until ready to serve.
  3. To serve take each cucumber slice and spoon on 1 1/2 teaspoons of crab meat mixture, then place on a serving plate and garnish with parsley if desired.
