2 each  whole heads of garlic
0 1/2 oz  fresh thyme
16 oz  cream cheese
3 1/2 oz  goat cheese
2 tbsp  Cheese, blue, crumbled
1 tsp  ground thyme
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut off tops of garlic heads exposing tops of cloves.
  3. Coat small baking dish with cooking spray. Place heads in dish. Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes or until the garlic is very tender.
  4. Remove garlic from dish. Cool completely.
  5. Into small bowl, squeeze garlic from each clove.
  6. Add cream cheese and goat cheese. Beat with hand mixer until smooth.
  7. Add blue cheese, garlic, and thyme. Stir well.
  8. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours up to overnight.
  9. Spoon into serving bowl. Garnish with thyme. Serve chilled.
