1 each  cooking spray
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 tsp  chili powder
1 tsp  dried basil
0 1/2 tsp  ground oregano
0 1/4 tsp  garlic powder
1 1/2 cup  roasted unsalted soy nuts
0 1/2 cup  pumpkin seeds
4 oz  Peas, green, freeze dried, pouch
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In medium bowl, mix oil, chili powder, basil, oregano, and garlic powder. Add soy nuts and pumpkin seeds. Mix well.
  3. Spread mixture in prepared pan.
  4. Bake, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until soy nuts are toasted, stirring after 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in dried vegetables. Cool and serve.
