Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Press the won ton wrappers into mini muffin cups coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Cook the meat in a skillet until browned, and then drain off excess liquid.
  4. Stir in the cumin, chili powder, and 1/3-cup salsa.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture into won ton cups, and top with the remaining salsa and the cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 8 minutes, or until the won tons are golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately with additional salsa.
