1 each  cooking spray
8 oz  Turkey, ground, 8% fat, raw
2 cup  Corn, whole kernel, canned
1 each  eggs
0.3333 cup  cold water
0.3333 cup  Milk, nonfat/skim, dry
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp  taco seasoning
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 tsp  dried parsley
2 piece  Bread, white, reduced calorie, slice
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray skillet with butter flavored cooking spray, brown the meat, remove from heat.
  3. Mix together the corn, egg, water, dry milk powder, onion, taco seasoning, black pepper, and parsley flakes in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Mix in the browned meat and bread crumbs.
  5. Spread this mixture into an 8 X 8 inch baking dish sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, place on a wire rack, and let set for 5 minutes before dividing and serving.
