Ingredients Directions
  1. Brown the meat, onion, and green pepper in a large skillet sprayed with olive oil flavored cooking spray.
  2. Mix in the spaghetti, kidney beans, corn, undrained stewed tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
  3. Stir in the Cheddar cheese, chili seasoning, and black pepper.
  4. Lower the heat and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve with 1 tablespoon sour cream on each serving.
