0 1/2 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp  fresh dill weed
1 tbsp  fresh chives
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tsp  minced garlic
0 1/4 tsp  kosher salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
  1. In small bowl, combine cottage cheese, yogurt, dill, chives, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cover and chill 1 - 24 hours.
