0 3/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 cup  Peas, green, sweet, frozen
0 1/2 cup  fat free sour cream
1 cup  fat free cottage cheese
0 1/4 cup  Cheese, parmesan, fresh, grated
1 tsp  dried parsley
0.125 tsp  black pepper
12 oz  Pork, cured ham, low sodium, cooked
2 cup  cooked pasta
0 1/4 tsp  paprika
  1. Sauté the onion for about 5 minutes in skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  2. Mix in the peas, sour cream, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, and black pepper.
  3. Stir in the ham, noodles, and paprika, and then lower the heat and let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
