  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Place squash in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
  3. In a small bowl, combine orange peel, orange juice, scallions, soy sauce, brown sugar, and chile oil. Drizzle over squash.
  4. Roast uncovered in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until squash is tender, stirring twice. Stir cubes again before serving. Serve warm.
