1 cup  crumbled feta cheese
0 1/2 cup  sour cream
0 1/4 cup  chopped parsley
0 1/2 oz  Tomatoes, sun dried, oil pack, drained
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
2 each  medium cucumber
0 1/4 cup  fresh basil
2 oz  pitted calamata olives
  1. In small mixing bowl combine feta cheese, sour cream, parsley, dried tomatoes, garlic, and pepper. Mix well. Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours.
  2. Use sharp knife to trim ends from cucumbers; discard ends. Slice cucumbers diagonally into 1/4-inch pieces.
  3. Spoon 11/2 teaspoons cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice and arrange on serving platter.
  4. In small bowl combine basil and olives. Spoon mixture over each cucumber slice.
  5. Serve immediately.
