Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 4-quart casserole dish that's been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray, combine the condensed soup, chicken breast, celery, rice, and seasonings. Mix well.
  2. Pour the boiling water on top of the mixture. Bake, covered, for thirty minutes, then stir the casserole, adding mushrooms and broccoli.
  3. Re-cover the casserole dish after adding the musrhooms and broccoli.
  4. Return the dish into the oven and bake for another 20 to 30 minutes, or until the celery is tender and the rice has absorbed all of the liquid.
