Coconut Pudding Squares

Coconut and vanilla pudding topped with peaches and oranges.
15 each Crackers, graham, honey
1 each fat & sugar free vanilla instant pudding mix
1 each Pudding, coconut cream, dry mix, 3.12oz package
2 cup frozen low fat whipped topping
4 cup Milk, evaporated, nonfat/skim
0 1/4 tsp almond extract
1 cup peeled and sliced peaches
1 cup Mandarin Oranges, canned, with juice
