Ingredients Directions
  1. Place half the graham crackers in a 9 inch square pan.
  2. Mix together the remaining ingredients, except for the mandarin oranges.
  3. Pour the pudding mixture over graham crackers, and then add another layer of graham crackers.
  4. Top with pudding mixture, garnish with oranges, and chill for 4 hours.
  5. Cut into 12 squares to serve.
