1 lb  potatoes, fresh, medium
1 tsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  fresh chives
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
  1. Place potatoes in a steamer basket over boiling water. Steam, covered, for seventeen minutes until potatoes are soft.
  2. Transfer potatoes to a large serving bowl. Pour olive oil, chives, salt and pepper over the potatoes. Gently toss mixture together and serve hot.
