1 1/2 lb  fresh broccoli florets
3 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp  sesame oil
1 tsp  honey
0 1/2 tsp  fresh ginger root
0 1/4 tsp  dry mustard
8 each  fresh cherry tomatoes
0 1/2 cup  sliced water chestnuts
2 each  fresh green onions
  1. In a vegetable steamer, place broccoli over boiling water and steam for 5-8 minutes until crisp-tender.
  2. Drain vegetables and place in a covered bowl to keep warm.
  3. In a small sauce pan add soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger and mustard.
  4. Mix ingredients together over medium heat until boiling.
  5. Cover the broccoli with this mixture.
  6. Finally, add tomatoes, water chestnuts and green onions and toss together
