0 3/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 cup  Peas, green, sweet, frozen
0 1/2 cup  fat free sour cream
1 cup  fat free cottage cheese
0 1/4 cup  reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp  dried parsley
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 1/2 cup  Pork, ham, whole, lean, roasted, diced
2 cup  cooked pasta
0 1/4 tsp  paprika
Directions
  1. Sauté the onion for about 5 minutes in a skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  2. Stir in the peas, sour cream, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, black pepper, ham, noodles, and paprika.
  3. Lower the heat and let simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
