Ingredients Directions
  1. Put the meat and onion in a plastic colander. Place colander in a glass pie plate, cover, and microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Break the meat up into small pieces and spoon into a 9-inch microwavable pie plate. Mix in the kidney beans and salsa.
  3. Cover and microwave on high for another 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Then let set for 2 to 3 minutes before topping with Cheddar cheese, olives, and crushed chips.
  5. Divide into 6 equal portions and serve!
