Ingredients Directions
  1. In a large bowl of electric mixer, mix together the margarine, SPLENDA Granular, vanilla, and egg substitute. Blend in flour, oatmeal, baking powder, and currants.
  2. Roll dough into a ball. Cover with aluminum foil or plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, when ready to bake. Coat a cookie sheet with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  4. Let dough stand at room temperature until pliable, about 10 minutes. Shape dough into 3/4 inch balls.
  5. Set dough balls on prepared cookie sheet.
  6. Bake cookies for 7 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
