1 each  butter flavored cooking spray
0.3333 cup  soy flour
2 cup  frozen sliced peaches
2.6667 cup  whole milk
0.3333 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 cup  SPLENDA┬« No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
1 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
2 each  medium eggs
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375┬░F.
  2. Coat 9" pie pan with butter flavored cooking spray.
  3. Arrange peaches in bottom of pie plate.
  4. In mixing bowl, whisk milk, flour, soy flour, sweetener, vanilla, and egg. Pour custard mixture over peaches.
  5. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Cool and serve. If not serving immediately, refrigerate.
