1 each  butter flavored cooking spray
0.3333 cup  soy flour
2 cup  frozen sliced peaches
2.6667 cup  whole milk
0.3333 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 cup  SPLENDA┬« No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
1 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
2 each  medium eggs
  1. Preheat oven to 375┬░F.
  2. Coat 9" pie pan with butter flavored cooking spray.
  3. Place pie pan on larger baking sheet, to catch any overflow whie pie is baking.
  4. Arrange peaches in bottom of pie plate.
  5. In mixing bowl, whisk milk, flour, soy flour, sweetener, vanilla, and eggs.
  6. Place baking sheet with pie pan in oven. Pour custard mix into pie pan. Gently close oven.
  7. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Cool 30 minutes and serve. If not serving immediately, refrigerate.
