1 1/4 lb  ground turkey, 7% fat, raw
1 each  egg whites
0.3333 cup  fresh chopped green onion
0 1/4 cup  dried parsley
0 1/2 tsp  dried marjoram
0 1/2 tsp  ground sage
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
1 each  cooking spray
  1. In mixing bowl, crumble turkey. Mix in egg white, green onions, parsley, marjoram, and sage. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Shape turkey mixture into 2-inch long sausages.
  3. Coat nonstick frying pan with cooking spray.
  4. Over medium heat, cook sausages for 10-15 minutes until cooked, turning with spatula as needed. Serve.
